We are beginning to build our routines for Literacy Stations in Grade 4! Students are learning how to work independently, collaborate with classmates, and use a variety of literacy games and activities to strengthen their skills.
We have been introducing new literacy games that focus on spelling both familiar words and unfamiliar words. These activities will encourage students to notice spelling patterns, apply what they know about sounds and word parts, and take risks when spelling new words. Our goal is to help students become more confident and independent spellers while making literacy practice engaging and meaningful!
We are STILL collecting Toonies for Terry! Our class goal is $48.
